We operate a single-site machining and welding facility in Itupeva, São Paulo. Every job is quoted, produced, inspected, and delivered by our own team, from prototype runs to recurring supply of finished parts.
We were formed in early 2024 to serve small and mid-sized industrial buyers who need machined parts, turned components, and welded assemblies produced under a single roof, with no intermediaries between the drawing and the finished piece.
Our workshop is equipped for conventional and CNC turning, milling, drilling and tapping operations, MIG and TIG welding, and general industrial maintenance work on client-supplied assemblies. Materials handled routinely include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass, with tolerances agreed at quoting stage.
We do not operate as a broker, sales representative, or catalog reseller. We do not accept work that we cannot produce ourselves. When a job falls outside our capability envelope, we decline it and explain why, so the buyer can source it elsewhere without wasted cycles.
Milling, drilling, tapping, and boring on manual and CNC equipment. Bespoke parts produced from client drawings or reverse engineered from a physical sample supplied by the client.
Conventional lathe work and CNC turning for shafts, bushings, spacers, threaded components, and cylindrical parts in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
MIG and TIG welding for structural assemblies, brackets, frames, guards, and general fabrication in steel and stainless steel. Certified operators handle each job on our floor.
Repair and refurbishment of client-supplied mechanical assemblies. Disassembly, inspection, measurement, replacement of worn parts, reassembly, and functional check before return.
One-off pieces, small batch production, and recurring supply of finished components for maintenance departments, integrators, and industrial equipment builders.
Refurbishment of shafts, gears, housings, and machined parts through re-machining, sleeving, hardfacing, or welding restoration, with dimensional report on return.
We produce every job on our own floor with our own operators. No subcontracting of primary machining or welding operations to third parties.
Tolerances are agreed in writing at quoting stage. We do not accept jobs whose tolerance envelope we cannot verify with the measurement tools on our floor.
Each job carries a work order from quote to delivery, with material batch, operator, inspection notes, and dispatch date recorded and archived.
Our default posture is recurring supply to a small roster of industrial buyers, not one-off transactions. We turn down volume we cannot honor over time.
