1. Website operator and domain owner

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Every reference to "we", "us", "our", or "the company" in these terms means the entity identified above and no other party.

2. Purpose of the site

This site presents the machining, turning, welding, industrial maintenance, custom metal component and component repair services offered by the company at its own workshop. It is an informational site: it does not process orders or payments online. Commercial engagement begins with an enquiry and continues by email and telephone in the ordinary course of business.

3. Content and accuracy

We take reasonable care that the information published on this site is accurate and current, but the site is provided on an "as is" basis. Descriptions of service lines, tolerance envelopes, and materials handled are indicative. The exact scope, price, tolerances, and delivery terms of any service are always agreed in writing at quoting stage on a job by job basis.

4. Intellectual property

All text, layout, imagery, and code on this site are the property of the company or used by the company under proper authorization. You may view and print pages for your own reference in connection with a possible commercial engagement. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or public display requires prior written permission from us.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the site.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, copy, or reproduce site content at scale.
• Do not submit enquiries containing unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

6. Enquiries and quotations

A quote request submitted through this site, or an email sent to the address in section 11 of our Privacy Notice, does not by itself create a contract. A binding commercial relationship arises only after we issue a written proposal and you accept it in writing, or after we sign a supply agreement covering the work.

7. Domain ownership and no third-party arrangements

No franchise agreement, licensing agreement, distribution agreement, reseller arrangement, agency mandate, or comparable arrangement authorizes any third party to use this domain, the pages published on it, the company name displayed on it, or the corporate identifiers referenced on it. We do not maintain a separate fictional or fantasy trade name for this website: the company name shown in the header, footer, disclosures, terms, and privacy notice is the full registered corporate name (razão social) exactly as recorded on the National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ).

Any communication, offer, or invoice presented as originating from this domain but issued by a party other than the entity above should be treated as unauthorized. If you receive such material, please write to sheila@lukusinagem.com.br so we can investigate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Code, or the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

Where this site links to external sites, we do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute connected to the use of this site or the services described on it shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Itupeva, State of São Paulo, Brazil, unless a mandatory legal rule requires a different forum.
