1. Who operates this site and this domain

No third party holds a license, franchise, distribution agreement, reseller arrangement, or any other authorization to operate this domain or to use the company name on this website. Every reference to "we", "us", "our", or "the company" in this notice means the entity identified above and no other party.

The data controller for personal data processed through this site, for the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), is the same entity identified above.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us through the quote request form on this site or through direct email correspondence. This includes:

• Name and, where relevant, name of the company you represent.
• Email address and, where you choose to share it, a phone number.
• The description of the machining, turning, welding, maintenance, or fabrication service you are requesting, including any technical files, drawings, or measurements you attach.

We do not collect financial account details, government identification numbers, or health data through this site. If a specific commercial relationship requires additional data (for example, a supplier registration with your company), such data is exchanged out of band, not through the public forms on this site.

3. How we use your personal data

• To reply to your quote request or general enquiry.
• To prepare, discuss, and issue a commercial proposal for the service you described.
• To carry out the contracted work, invoice it, and provide after-sales support.
• To retain a record of correspondence for tax, accounting, and traceability purposes as required by Brazilian law.

We do not use the data you send us for advertising profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with commercial partners for marketing purposes.

4. Legal bases for processing

Under the LGPD, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, when you fill in a form and submit it; (b) the pre-contractual and contractual steps needed to answer your enquiry and, if applicable, deliver a contracted service; and (c) compliance with legal and tax obligations that require us to keep certain records for defined periods.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with the following categories of processors strictly to run our own operation:

• Our accounting service provider, for tax and bookkeeping compliance.
• Our email hosting and infrastructure providers, in their capacity as data processors.
• Public authorities, where a specific legal request or obligation requires disclosure.

None of these processors are permitted to use the shared data for their own purposes.

6. International transfers

Our operation is based in Brazil. Some infrastructure providers (for example, email and web hosting) may process data on servers located outside Brazil. Where that occurs, we require the provider to observe safeguards compatible with the LGPD.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship are retained for up to twenty four months after the last contact and then deleted. Records connected to a delivered service are retained for the periods required by Brazilian tax, civil, and commercial legislation, which typically means five to ten years after the end of the fiscal year in which the transaction occurred.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about third parties with which we shared your data, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these rights, write to the email listed in section 11 with a short description of the request.

9. Cookies and tracking

This site uses only technical cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages and remember your accessibility preferences. We do not run marketing pixels, we do not build advertising profiles from visitors to this site, and we do not use behavioral analytics tied to individual visitors.

10. Security

We apply organizational and technical measures proportional to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including access control on our internal systems, encrypted transport for form submissions, and restricted circulation of client drawings inside the workshop.
